Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Oxford (2-3 Days a week onsite)
Salary: Up to £60,000 base (OTE up to £105,000 1st year, £135,000 2nd year)

Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and key account management to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base in UK, EU, USA, Asia, etc.
