Responsibilities
* Source and attract candidates using various tools and platforms, including job boards and social media.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability for various positions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
* Develop and manage a candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their job search, including resume advice and interview preparation.
* Negotiate offers between clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs set by the management.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in similar HR roles.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in staffing and recruiting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
