Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll need a background in procurement or category management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage various indirect spend categories, focusing on cost savings, quality, and supplier performance. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align procurement efforts with business needs, particularly in IT, telecommunications, and logistics. The role involves managing supplier relationships, overseeing contracts, running tenders, and tracking cost savings.
You will also be responsible for supporting complex procurement projects, from initial specifications to contract awards, ensuring that high-quality services and products are sourced at competitive prices. Additionally, you’ll work on standardizing suppliers across different divisions and using data to monitor the success of contracts.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in procurement or category management in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Healthcare procurement experience is a plus but not essential.
