Hours – 30 - 35 hours per week (Flexible with start and finish times) – Must work 5 days per week

Our client is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis in Bridgend.

Essential
1. Accounts experience.
2. Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Confident telephone manner.
5. Excellent Excel skills.
Responsibilities
1. Posting and allocating cash received.
2. Raising invoices and credit notes.
3. Journal entries.
4. Maintaining cash received spreadsheets.
5. Month end reconciliations and month end procedure.
6. Reviewing procedures and utilising systems reports to improve efficiency.
7. Collection of debts via telephone, email and letter.
8. Liaison with Managing Director, branch managers.
9. Corresponding with insurers and solicitors as required.
