Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker at North West Kilmarnock Area Centre.
What you will do:
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the clinical and administrative teams, assisting with preparing clinical area, preparing dental materials under the direct/indirect supervision of a Registered Dental Nurse.
To provide reception duties and administrative support to the clinicians.
To help ensure the effective delivery of care in a supporting role to the Registered Dental Nurse and Clinician, maintaining an acceptable standard of Service.
To maintain Control of Infection procedures in the dental surgery and other locations including surgery fixtures, equipment, and laboratory work.
Decontamination and sterilisation of dental instruments within LDU completing all paperwork, daily and weekly testing of equipment.
