A European computing centre of excellence is looking to hire an experienced Facilities Coordinator, Supervisor, or Junior Facilities Manager to support the Facilities Manager in the procurement and delivery of all the services, contracts, and projects required.
Skills
1. Facilities management and day-to-day delivery of hard and soft services including electrical, plumbing, heating, HVAC, reception, and air conditioning services.
2. Permit experience.
3. Computer literate with a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day point of contact for specialist service providers, contractors, and access enquiries.
2. Raising quotes from contractors or suppliers and contractor callouts.
3. Review and action facilities work orders by obtaining quotes, raising orders, and delivering solutions to site.
4. Site inductions for new contractors and service providers.
5. Reception cover one lunchtime per week and holiday cover for all days.
6. Assisting in meeting room and site setup.
