Civils Project Manager
Location: Wrexham, UK travel (project depending)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
Our client is a leading construction company specialising in a number of areas including, (but not limited to) Civils, and Agriculture, and Flooring. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled and experienced Civils Project Manager.
ROLE
As a Civils Project Manager will oversee multiple civil projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
Leading site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Managing budgets, progress reports, and CVR meetings
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Overseeing pre-construction planning and risk mitigation
YOU
Before applying for the Civils Project Manager, please make sure you meet the criteria below -
Proven experience in civils project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS card, and a valid UK driving licence
Proficiency in project management software and IT systems
Ideally, a degree in Construction Management (CIOB membership preferred)
