£150,000 uncapped OTE (World class candidates will earn this and more)

Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm) (Flexibility with later days and weekends needed due to the nature of the role, business and industry)

Located in Chelmsford, this high performing company invest heavily in their sales and marketing strategy and now need a world class, tenacious, competitive, driven and industry leading Sales Director to take ownership of their sales operations and drive it to new levels.
This new role is pivotal in the next phase of the company’s growth. As the Sales Director you will take control of all face to face sales and telesales processes, implementing new ideas and creating a winning team culture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales planning: Create plans to meet/exceed sales targets and increase revenue.
Client relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Training: Create, implement and oversee robust sales training processes for the entire business.
Sales process: Develop, improve and optimise sales processes. Holding teams accountable to that process.
