About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to join our team in the fast-paced world of construction recruitment. You'll be the face of our business - connecting with site managers, contractors, and developers to provide top-tier temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
If you thrive in a high-energy environment, understand the construction industry, and have a knack for sales and relationship-building, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new client relationships within the construction sector
2. Promote recruitment services to construction companies
3. Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals
4. Understand client staffing needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly
5. Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure candidate placements align with client requirements
6. Negotiate terms of business and close sales deals
7. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry demands
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools
9. Attend client meetings and construction sites as needed to build rapport and maintain service levels
What We Are Looking For:
1. Previous experience in sales, ideally within recruitment or construction supply/services
2. Knowledge of the construction industry (trades, labour roles, site processes)
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in a client-facing role
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
6. Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
