This role:Business Administration Apprentice
Location: Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1LA
Full Time Fixed Term Apprenticeship based on a 37.5 working week
1st Year Salary: £14,722.50
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated team. You will develop skills in various administrative tasks, including data entry, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and supporting other departments. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth and efficient support to the Customer Services Senior Leadership Team and wider directorate.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Day to day administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, collecting data, etc
* Processing of invoices, receipts and expenses
* Making travel bookings (hotels and trains)
* Assisting with meeting governance
* Supporting away days and events
Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of a secondary school qualification and a genuine eagerness to learn and a strong interest in business administration. Reliability, motivation, and a cooperative spirit are essential.

Working alongside the Business Support Manager and Business Support Assistants, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience. You'll also have the opportunity to work towards completing the apprenticeship standard for Business Administrator Level 3, including the end point assessment.

Salary offered is dependent upon age, in line with government guidelines on apprenticeships. Please see below for breakdown of salary per age group.
Apprentice (Year 1) and Under 18: £14,722.50
18 - 20: £19,500
21 and over: £23,809.50
