Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception duties
2. Match delivery notes with purchase orders
3. Approve purchase invoices for payment
4. Update registers, folders, and spreadsheets
5. Management and procurement of office consumables and stationery
6. General photocopying, scanning, archiving, and shredding
7. Maintenance of COSHH Risk Assessments for office cleaning products
8. Provide hospitality for office client meetings
9. Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
1. Full driving licence (desirable)
2. Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
3. Competent verbal and written skills
4. Professional with attention to detail
5. Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
