Job Summary:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for impactful campaigns? We are seeking an Partnerships Account Director to join our team for a 6-month contract. Lead high-profile public sector and social campaigns and make a real difference with your expertise. This is a great opportunity to work with key clients and oversee multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead client relationships, managing strategic planning and campaign execution.
* Oversee and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
* Ensure clients’ objectives are met creatively and effectively.
* Mentor junior team members to deliver top-quality results.
* Build and forge productive partnerships to amplify campaign messages, getting on the phone to create meaningful connections.
* Lead project teams across creative, PR, and social media disciplines, ensuring a collaborative approach to campaign delivery.
* Develop and manage large-scale integrated accounts, including paid media and partnerships.
* Oversee the development of creative concepts, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
* Take financial responsibility for client accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members to enhance their growth and success.
* Demonstrate commercial acumen by aligning client goals with agency targets and delivering profitable results.
Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in account management.
* Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Public sector and social campaigns experience is a plus.
* Proven track record of building partnerships to amplify campaign messages.
* Experience delivering large-scale integrated accounts, including paid and partnership work.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present engaging and thought-provoking brief responses.
* Exceptional project management skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Strong people management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior team members.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 pro-rata.
