Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Office Administrator to join a fantastic Financial Advisory company in Wolverhampton.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring all day-to-day activities of the practice are completed whilst adhering to compliance procedures.
In person and telephone enquiry resolving.
Processing reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Overseeing all duties within the office and ensuring they are done effectively and efficiently.
Maintaining information on IT systems.
All administration duties e.g. filing, scanning, word processing, copying and much more.
Ad hoc Office Manager duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
Have previous senior office or practice management experience (essential)
Ideally experienced within the financial services sector
Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary
Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation
The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure
Must have excellent communication and numerical skills
