We are seeking to appoint a passionate and driven professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. We are looking for an Associate Assistant Head Teacher with responsibility for SEND (SENDCO) to join our dynamic leadership team and champion inclusive education across our school.
As Associate Assistant Head Teacher and SENDCO, you will lead the strategic development of our SEND provision, ensuring every child has the support and opportunities they need to thrive. Working closely with SLT, staff, families, and external agencies, you will be the driving force behind our inclusive ethos.

* A qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination/NPQ (or willingness to complete it)
* Proven experience working with pupils with SEND and delivering effective interventions
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, coach, and support colleagues
