Your Role in Shaping the Future of Yeo Moor Primary School
As Headteacher at Yeo Moor Primary School, you will lead a dedicated school community, inspiring everyone to work together towards a bright and ambitious future. This is your opportunity to shape a vision that nurtures creativity, cultivates aspiration, and ensures every child has the chance to succeed and thrive.
Located in the heart of North Somerset, Yeo Moor Primary is a lively, inclusive, and secure environment where children can learn, grow, and play. The school places great importance on celebrating individuality while cultivating a warm and supportive community spirit. We make the most of our extensive grounds all year round both during play times and as an exciting resource for learning. We have sports pitches, play apparatus, a newly created outdoor classroom for EYFS, woodland and nature areas, plus four distinct playground areas for days when it is too wet to be on the field.
In January 2024 the school opened its successful and popular Nursery School with its own dedicated accommodation and outdoor area. The school was selected by the Local Authority to run a pilot and has a Nurture Hub that offers very specialised provision for a small group of children. The school is well considered in the local community and is oversubscribed.
