Support Administrator - Catfoss - Modular Manufacturer
* Salary: £25,000 p/a
* 4% Employer Pension contribution offered after 3 months service. (statutory and subject to scheme rules)

Role Overview:
* Reporting to the Factory Manager.
* Primary objective: To provide effective administrative support to the production department.
General Responsibilities:
1. Assist with clerical services and HR functions as needed.
2. Support the Factory Manager in meeting departmental objectives.
3. Provide assistance to the HSQE officer and HR Manager when required.
Specific Duties:
Telephone & Communication:
* Handle telephone communications, taking messages and informing supervisors of absences.
* Monitor and maintain visitor and staff attendance records.
* Complete monthly attendance reports for HR.
Human Resources Support:
* Manage timesheets, monitor hours, and submit them to relevant departments.
* Track holiday bookings and maintain a holiday planner.
* Distribute new starter packs and handle clock cards for new and leaving employees.
Secretarial & Administrative Tasks:
* Provide typing services for external correspondence and internal memos.
* Manage mail and faxes.
* Maintain a tidy office and organize filing systems.
* Take minutes for health & safety or production meetings if required.
General Services:
* Assist with photocopying, filing, and archiving.
* Organize refreshments for visitors and meetings.
* Maintain stationery supplies.
Additional Notes:
* Adherence to health and safety policies, including ISO 9001 compliance.
* Flexibility to perform other duties during times of absence, along with provided training
