About the Role and our Ideal Candidate
To lead the Business Partnerships team in building and maintaining strong relationships with the services and organisations supported by Digital and IT.
What the job Requires:
* Leading and mentoring a team of business partners
* Managing demand for Digital & IT services and ensuring accurate service level agreements are in place
* Representing Digital & IT at a strategic level within the councils and at external meetings
* Participating in the development of future strategies and policies for the service
* Advocating for user-centred design and development across the councils
* Leading on the relationship with Achieving for Children
About You
We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and help us shape the future of digital services in Kingston and Sutton. You will be leading an established and well-respected team of experienced Business Partners and will need to demonstrate substantial experience in internal relationship management within a complex organisational structure. Local authority experience is not essential, but experience of working within the public sector is desirable. As well as the core business relationship skills, you will need to demonstrate your experience in demand management and managing internal service level agreements. You must be able to tailor your communications for all levels and be able to influence C-Level executives.
