Job Title: Football Development Officer (U7 - U12 Girls)
Salary: £24k - £28k + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Football Development Manager (Girls)
The role will lead the Foundation’s U7 – U12’s Advanced Development Centre and Development Centre tiers of our female football pathway. In addition, the role will support the delivery of both our Girls Football Academy Development Programme (ADP), Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) offer and the Girls’ Football and Education programme (U16-U18).

Knowledge, skills and experience
* FA Level 2/UEFA C Qualification
* Knowledge of developing and delivering programmes within a football setting.
* Experience of coaching and developing female players
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young people
* Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
