NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a skilled Web Analyst to join our team and drive data driven insights to optimise our digital presence.
As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing website traffic, user behaviour and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing our user experience and maximising performance.

Utilise web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to effectively track and analyse website traffic, user engagement and conversion metrics.
Perform in-depth analysis of user behaviours and segments to gain insights into customer touchpoints and opportunities for performance optimisation.
Prepare and co-ordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports to support decision making, strategic planning and track KPI performance to track the effectiveness of digital experience initiatives and measure success.
Develop dashboards and carry out communication of key findings, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of NHS Supply Chain
Foster productive working relationships product and content owners to advance web analytics event tagging, ensuring effective measurement of site traffic and behavioural activity from direct and indirect sources.
Provide guidance to team members on interpreting analytics data through the creation of knowledge sharing and training opportunities.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
Proven experience in Web Analytics (minimum 3+ years direct or relevant experience)
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, with the ability to extract and manipulate data to generate insights.
You can make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
Capable of dissecting complex issues from multiple angles, identifying root causes from symptoms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to a range of different stakeholders.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
