What’s it all about?
As our People Business Partner, you will work collaboratively with managers across our support teams, building and maintaining effective relationships to support the business achieve its strategic goals.
You will drive strong performance by implementing key people initiatives, aligning business priorities with the people agenda through talent management and succession planning, culture and change management, performance management, business alignment, and people development.
Additionally, you will support managers in identifying talent gaps, facilitating effective personal development planning, overseeing recruitment in collaboration with a recruitment partner, and assisting department heads in embedding changes within their teams.
You will work closely with managers to analyse the causes of labor turnover and absenteeism, contributing to the creation of action plans to address people-related concerns.

Who will this appeal to?
You will be a people business partner with substantial experience working in a fast paced agile environment. Experience of succession planning and talent management is essential, and experience with organisational design is desirable.
You will have a thorough understanding of how Business Partnering works and understand the commercial impacts of decisions that are made. You will be able to demonstrate your impact & influence skills at all levels through strong communication & influence skills at all levels.
