You’ll work closely with service users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful change. Your Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Service Delivery Lead, manage, and oversee the delivery of high-quality support services in your area. Ensure comprehensive assessments, action plans, and interventions for service users, helping them achieve recovery, independent living, or sustainable employment. Develop and implement a business strategy to enhance service delivery and expand opportunities. Foster strong partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safeguarding, and risk management procedures. Team Management & Development Mentor, coach, and develop a dedicated team, including Lead Practitioners, Coordinators, and Support Workers. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team. Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional working culture that aligns with the organisation’s values. Financial & Operational Excellence Manage budgets efficiently, working closely with the Finance Team to meet financial targets. Ensure effective record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting to monitor service impact. Implement financial and administrative control systems to ensure smooth operations. Role-Specific Responsibilities: Liaison & Diversion Services / Women’s Services Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including police, courts, probation services, mental health teams, and substance misuse providers. Oversee a comprehensive support program for women serving community sentences or transitioning from prison. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing expert guidance and ensuring holistic support. Develop peer support and lived experience networks, creating pathways for apprenticeships and volunteer opportunities. Ensure compliance with police requirements, safeguarding protocols, and security measures. What We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications & Skills Management Qualification (Level 5 or equivalent experience) Experience in supporting vulnerable clients and managing high-quality services Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and recovery planning Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with service users, stakeholders, and team members Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems Desirable Skills Level 3 Qualification in Substance Misuse (or relevant field) Experience in tender writing and business development Knowledge of local labour markets and employability services Why Join Us?
