The Role
You will work on a broad range of private client matters, including:
1. Family/wealth protection and strategic planning.
2. Probate and estate administration.
3. Elderly client and capacity issues.
4. Court of Protection matters.
5. Trust creation and administration.
This role provides the opportunity to work on complex estates and trusts for individuals, farmers, landowners, and business owners across the UK and beyond.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Passionate: Committed to private client work with a genuine desire to deepen their knowledge.
2. Experienced: Able to manage their own caseload and handle a range of private client matters confidently.
3. Technically Competent: STEP qualification is preferred, though a commitment to achieving it is essential.
4. Collaborative: A team player who values working closely with colleagues and other professionals.
5. Client-Focused: Dedicated to providing high levels of client care with excellent communication skills.
6. Organised: Skilled at prioritising workloads and working under pressure when necessary.
