Customer Service Representative Our client We have recently partnered with an extremely fast growing business who are currently expanding in their customer service division so are looking for representatives to join their dynamic team. They provide themselves in their exceptional standard of service was is consistently delivered by thoroughly understanding client needs and have recently landed additional contracts so are looking for new additions to join their team. This opportunity would suit an individual working in retail and is looking to gain more experience in an office environment as full training is provided. Hours- Monday – Friday (one Saturday every month)- 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm Salary: £24k/£25k Job description First point of contract for all incoming calls and making sure that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner. Recording all call information onto the system accurately and sending out confirmations on the CRM system. Working efficiently in a team dynamic and making sure that all targets are achieved daily. Booking in appointments to manage diaries and organise external parties. Support internal divisions and manage administration tasks with good attention to detail.
