This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor. What You'll Do: - Pick up, sort, and deliver incoming and interdepartmental mail to ensure timely distribution. - Check daily and replenish, if necessary, all mail and postage supplies. - Keep records of sent and received mail. - Prepare envelopes and packages. - Ensure all shipped packages are adequately protected against damage. - Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages. - Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. - Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. - Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
