Marketing Manager to lead the growth and development of Hoppers, a South Asian restaurant brand in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the brand both domestically and internationally while maintaining brand ethos and integrity. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a brand strategy, building a comprehensive annual brand marketing roadmap, leading the execution and implementation of marketing initiatives, and managing junior Marketing and creative team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years (for Marketing Manager level) to 5 years (for Senior Marketing Manager level) experience in brand forward marketing roles in hospitality, with a broad knowledge of marketing across multi-platforms and basic skills with Adobe Indesign. The role will involve managing teams and influencing multiple stakeholders, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time while documenting progress along the way.
