About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and practices, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design materials and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate design activities across various projects, ensuring timely delivery of design materials;
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate design risks;
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that design deliverables meet deadlines;
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design-related issues and provide technical guidance when needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management;
* At least 2 years of experience in a design coordination role or similar position;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams;
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop effective solutions;
* Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
