Position Overview: We are seeking skilled HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers with tanker experience to join our team, providing first-class service nationwide. This role involves the delivery of non-potable water and the collection of sewerage, requiring proficiency in HGV operations and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Class 1 or Class 2 HGV vehicles to safely transport goods and complete tasks to a high standard.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance.
* Load and unload waste, securing all loads properly for safe transport.
* Maintain accurate logs and records as per company policy.
* Utilize electronic tablets and modern technology (training provided).
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Comply with traffic laws and ensure the safety of all road users.
* Perform deliveries and collections in line with legal and best practice standards.
* Be available for weekend and Bank Holiday work when required.
Requirements:
* Preferred Full UK Category C (Class 2) or Category C+E (Class 1) license with a clean driving record.
* Preferred minimum of 12 months Class 1 or Class 2 driving experience.
* Preferred to have a proven experience with bulk tanker tipping using pumps and/or compressors.
* Strong understanding of road safety and driver’s hour regulations.
* Familiarity with FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) good practices.
* Physical fitness for loading/unloading and related tasks.
* Good time management and communication skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules.
