Job title :SAP OneHR Data Migration Lead location : Midlands UK job Type : Fixed term contract /permanent job details : The SAP OneHR Project Data Migration is responsible for the extraction, transformation, load and reconciliation (ETLR) of HR, payroll and talent data required to facilitate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM (EC & ECP modules) across the Client and its component business units. There are multiple legacy data sources and platforms, and with the different phases and module roll outs, the SAP OneHR Project Data Migration Lead will be expected to define and deliver the overall project data migration plan, and detailed phase DM plans including key data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for mock data load cycles, SIT, UAT, PPR, MPT and cutover(s). The SAP OneHR Project Data Migration Consultant is expected to bring and apply their extensive expertise and experience in delivering the data migration extraction, transformation, load and reconciliation cycles within a SuccessFactors HCM implementation and specifically around UK ECP data migration.Working under the guidance of the Data Migraiton Lead they will be hands-on and establish good practice and discipline in the day to day delivery of the Data Migration workstream and be focused on achieving the outcomes and results required. Role Competencies Leadership & Management: Able to work within the Data Migration workstream within a HRIS implementation project based on SAP Successfactors Experienced with working collaboratively with key stakeholders and leading them along the journey through a SaaS HCM implementation within a People / HR transformation in regard to data migration Data Management & Data Migration: Deep expertise around all aspects of Data migration including extraction, transformation, load and reconciliation (ETLR) Deep expertise around the SAP SuccessFactors data migration tools, processes and procedures Strong knowledge of the data item requirements of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, including EC and ECP, with specific knowledge of ETLR for UK ECP implementations. Stakeholder Interaction & challenges Experience of working effectively with key stakeholders, including Executive and senior business stakeholders Good interpersonal, team building, organisational and stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Good presentation skills and able positively influence client and internal stakeholders Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance: Well versed with data migration workstream day to day delivery incl. all aspects of undertaking data migration ETLR Experience with supporting the DM WSL presenting data migration related position papers and points of view to governance forums such as a Design Authority or Technical Review Board Knowledge, Skills & Experience required Proven expertise in ETLR methods for Data migration within SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementations with at least 3 full lifecycles of Data Migration spanning Unit, SIT, UAT, PPR, MOT and Cutovers. Proven expertise with ETLR for SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules including EC and ECP, and specifically for UK ECP proven experience of successful end to end PPR/payroll parallel runs. Proven expertise and experience as a Data Migration workstream lead within SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementations including planning and leading standard DM activities such as:scoping, planning, cleansing, migration, validation and reconciliation Highly knowledgeable and experienced in managing HR data migration projects in SAP SuccessFactors environments Strong understanding of SAP HR data models, EC and ECP configuration, and integration points. Proficiency in SAP/SF data migration tools such as LSMW, SAP Data Services, and other ETL tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, effective communication and people skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, functional consultants, and senior leadership
