Support students in preparing for their A Level Economics examinations, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed. Guide students in conducting independent research and completing challenging coursework, fostering their critical thinking and analytical skills. Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation, ensuring that our Economics curriculum remains relevant, engaging, and rigorous. Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the college to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and keep abreast of the latest developments in Economics education. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent (or is eligible to apply). Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Economics. Demonstrates a passion for teaching Economics and a commitment to student success. Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment. Has a good understanding of the A Level Economics specifications and assessment requirements. Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
