Safety and passenger satisfaction are at the core of everything we do at GWR. The application process includes an online Situational Judgement exercise, a review of the RSSB B1 Transfer of Safety Critical Information history, and a selection interview assessing key role requirements.

• You must live within 60 minutes commuting distance of the depot to ensure safety and punctuality, including availability for shifts that may include weekends and nights with varying start and finish times.
