1. Monitor individual contracts to ensure compliance with council procurement and national best practices.
2. Ensure legislative compliance for school properties, communicating obligations to schools and governing bodies.
3. Maintain and analyze contract performance data to produce regular reports.
4. Prepare and monitor risk registers, ensuring preventative risk management.
5. Validate contractor performance, including quarterly reviews of PFI charges and processing deductions where necessary.
