1. Preparing & managing freight quotations for new and existing clients
2. Negotiating rates with carriers, suppliers & agents
3. Identifying cost-effective solutions to meet client requirements
4. Maintaining strong relationships with customers & suppliers
5. Supporting the sales team with pricing strategies
