All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Permanent Payroll Administrator to start ASAP, supporting an electrical wholesaler.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH PAYROLL SOFTWARE, ideally SAGE, but all software packages and experience will be considered. Please note you must have work experience.
Salary: £30K
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full Time Permanent, 40 hours a week.
Location: NN4
Hours of work: The company is open Mon – Fri and you will be required to work office hours, with some flexibility required.
Our Client: A friendly and family run company with a small quiet office.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Maintain and update the payroll systems with employee details
2. Accurately calculate wages, commissions, deductions and other payments
3. Acting as a point of contact for wage queries and deductions etc.
4. Keeping up to date with new policies and legislative changes
5. Work to time deadlines in a methodical and accurate manner
Essential skills and experience:
1. Experience of running large payrolls autonomously and managing workloads
2. An understanding of payroll linked matters such as national insurance payments, pension entitlement etc.
3. Excellent organisational skills
