As a growing care provider, we are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our team and drive high-quality care delivery. About Us
Rosekel Care specialises in third-party employer arrangements for individuals who have their own care budget. We currently support adults with physical disabilities and dementia and have ambitions to expand into children’s services and learning disabilities support.
As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing our service offerings and shaping our future direction.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
✅ Lead & Manage: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
✅ Develop & Grow: Expand our services to include children and individuals with learning disabilities.
✅ Build a Strong Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated care professionals.
✅ Ensure Quality Care: Prepare and manage care plans and risk assessments.
✅ Foster Relationships: Work closely with commissioning authorities, families, and healthcare professionals.
✅ Drive Operational Excellence: Select and manage key suppliers, implement digital care management platforms, and uphold best practices.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care, with a track record of successful CQC inspections.
✔ Strong knowledge of elderly care, dementia, and physical disabilities.
✔ Experience in expanding care services (especially for children and learning disabilities).
✔ Understanding of Direct Payments & third-party care arrangements.
✔ Background in nursing or healthcare (desirable).
✔ Leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
✔ Experience with digital care management platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Care (or equivalent).
Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
Registered Nurse Qualification (desirable).
