Lead Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional – Controls

Salary:
£48,000+ depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
Leading, informing and proactively contributing to the development of Programme Control processes and toolsets
Establishing and managing governance to ensure a consistent application of baseline management across the SSNA programme
Ensuring coherency of baseline creation, maintenance and change control
Managing the work authorisation process and leading all leading all aspects of change control
Supporting the SSNA Control Account Managers (CAM) in all aspects of baseline management and performance
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Project Management and Controls experience
Strong stakeholder management experience including senior management
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Experience using SAP
Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2)

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing area in the early stages of this programme. You’ll be joining a lively team and will be able to use your knowledge and expertise to shape and influence decisions which will also impact future builds. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
