I am currently recruiting for a French speaking Contracts Executive to join this well known accommodation supplier, on a full time basis, working hybrid with 2 days based in their London office. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong negotiating and contracting skills within the travel sector. They will pay up to 30k for this role.
Contract Executive, Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners and dealing with their queries.
2. Responsible for maintaining contractual hotel allocations, last-minute availability, and overall portfolio availability regularly and as required.
3. Work with Hotel partners and Contracts Manager on special offers and promotions.
4. Review, accept or negotiate against stop sales.
5. Evaluate production and determine follow up action jointly with Contracts Manager and as directed by Line Manager.
6. Implement training hotel partners on supplier interface and usage of extranet tools.
7. Undertake tasks related to the competitiveness report.
8. Undertake regular price comparisons for a given destination to always ensure we have the best rates.
9. Assist with mapping and setting live of BAR contracts, liaising with relevant teams to see the task through to the end.

2. Comfortable using phone to negotiate with suppliers.
3. Experience in working in fast paced and multi-cultural environment.
4. Proactive, with ability to offer solutions to issues encountered.
5. Personable with lots of enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.
6. Team player.
7. Ability to negotiate.
8. Fluent French is compulsory.
9. English is a must at an advanced level.
10. Commercial awareness in the travel industry.
