Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of customer support and service, from processing enquiries and resolving customer issues to coordinating with various departments for efficient problem-solving. You will be responsible for maintaining streamlined operations and ensuring unparalleled customer service and administration. Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate information about products and services Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery Coordinating with the logistics and production teams to resolve any issues Maintaining and updating customer records in the database Assisting customers with returns, refunds, and exchanges Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns Generating reports on customer feedback and service metrics Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience Produce quotes and invoices for annual contract renewals, and customer-specific documentation like US Dollar/Euro invoices. Prepare invoices and process orders in line with the yeast dispatch schedule Collaborate closely with our internal team to keep customers informed about the progress of their yeast orders. Process customer orders received from our customers via email Prepare commercial invoices for the dispatch of goods Apply for certificates and export documents for shipping Monitor order tracking and ensure ex-works order fulfilment. Liaise with official bodies, courier companies, and customers to guarantee on-time delivery of goods.
