An integral part of the role is the efficient deployment of medical staff and targeting locum cover needs for safe medical staff cover within the departments/ hospital, adhering to, agreed minimum staffing levels set by Associate Medical Directors, Clinical Directors and operational management teams. The post holder is pivotal in personally assisting the directorate management teams within the surgical division, and all medical staff/ clinicians and being a first point of contact for all specified service queries.
The post holder is responsible for keeping accurate attendance records and is expected to contribute to workforce planning.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Medical Staffing Coordinator who will be self sufficient, with the ability to manage their own workload and be flexible and adaptable to fulfil the duties within the role.
The individual must also have the ability to work well under pressure and have the desire to provide a first class service for our clinical teams.
