We are looking for a Receptionist to join us in our beautiful location in Bromley.
Reception is the heart of the building, creating the welcome and arrival experience for members and visitors and the go to place for enquires and requests. Our receptionist will work as part of a team but take ownership for the reception desk, visitor experience and the operation of the reception services we offer.
Objectives
* Ensure the customer journey, service delivery and standards are met across all areas of reception as measured by member and visitor feedback and net promoter and other scores.
* Ambassadorial, honest and collaborative tone and approach, applying the five Clockwise Values.
* Assist in achieving all location and company objectives (as outlined in the balanced scorecard) and delivery of Clockwise customer and member experience.
* Build positive partnership with third party service providers
Responsibilities
* Opening and closing of reception; check lists and task completion daily.
* Visitor and contractor sign in process management
* Access control management; pass creation, issuing and return process
* Query management; logging/resolving and escalating as required
* Ad-hoc meeting room requests responses/bookings
* Meeting room user check in and welcome
* Post and parcel management; receiving, storage and collection procedures
* Communication and management of special visitor requests
* Security handover notes and actions at beginning and end of shift as required.
* Management of incoming calls managing or re-directing queries, message taking.
Safety, Compliance & Operations
* Ensure all health and safety measures and regulations are adhered to in line with risk assessments reporting and recording any issues which arise and escalating used to your manager immediately.
* Provide support and professional interactions with building suppliers/third parties are undertaken in a professional and collaborative manor, maximising the value both commercial and service to Clockwise. Reporting any issues to your location manager
* Manage access control requests for new and departing tenants, colleagues, and members in line with your buildings standards.
Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, this role will be arranged in shifts.
