We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Our client are a large, growing and reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment on a national and international scale.
Responsibilities of theAfter Sales Administrator
* Ensure maximum commercial recovery from service engineers' times.
* Minimise work-in-progress stock levels.
* Liaise with service engineers.
* Maintaining invoices, warranty renewals and service contract renewals.
* Day-to-day invoicing.
* Input engineers' times to build up the cost bases for invoices and for payroll purposes.
* Attend exhibitions off-site and potentially overseas.
* Cover reception duties.
Requirements for a successfulAfter Sales Administrator
* Excellent Administration skills with experience working within a similar role.
* Track record of managing commercial relationships.
* Experience within the plant or agricultural industry.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail.
