The Customer Experience team is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to manage and develop relationships with our larger commercial customers. In this role, you will play a key part in reducing late payments, minimising debt, and optimising cash flow to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage your own ledger of National Accounts, overseeing the credit control process from account setup to resolution.
+ Handle debt collection and cash allocation efficiently.
+ Reduce late payments and maintain optimal cash flow into the business.
+ Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
+ Build strong relationships with customers, the sales force, and internal teams to foster collaboration., You will work 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required between 8:00AM and 5:30PM.
