You will manage the workload of the dispensary and supervise staff on a day-to-day basis, organising rotas and cover for any unexpected staff absences to ensure a safe, effective, and timely service in accordance with current legislation and guidance and supported by policies and procedures. You will also hold HR management responsibilities.
