We are looking for a dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to help provide high-quality support and make a difference in the lives of young learners Key Responsibilities: Support students in their learning across different subjects, both individually and in small groups. Assist teachers with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. Help students with specific learning needs or those who require extra support to reach their full potential. Encourage and motivate students to engage with lessons and participate in activities. Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and other staff as necessary. Help create and prepare learning materials and resources for the classroom. What We’re Looking For: A passion for education and helping young people succeed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff. Ability to work flexibly and effectively both as part of a team and independently. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students. Experience working with children or in a school environment is beneficial, but not essential. A strong desire to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
