ROLE OVERVIEW
* Position: Employer Relationship Manager
* Type: Full Time
* Location: London
* Work model: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week at our office in Borough, London + work from home and regular in-person meetings and events)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospitality employers in the UK
o Act as the first point of contact for our network of hospitality employers, ensuring they understand and embrace the work of Only A Pavement Away.
o Manage the onboarding process for new employers, ensuring smooth induction training for their team, CRM updates (Salesforce), and compliance with necessary processes.
o Schedule and facilitate both in-person and online meetings to provide ongoing support, gather feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
2. Submit and manage candidate applications
o Stay updated on the latest vacancies from our employers.
o Review and submit candidates’ applications to the relevant employers.
o Monitor & track progress, ensuring employers are accepting applications accordingly and offering interviews to candidates.
o Compile and share monthly reports on application activities with the team.
3. Organise and attend employment events
o Select and invite employers to participate in our employment events (Recruitment Fair, Prison Workshop, Taster Session, etc.).
o Coordinate event organisation and logistics with the team.
o Conduct thorough follow-ups with employers after each event.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
We are looking for someone who:
* Has solid experience in the hospitality industry or solid experience in recruitment with good knowledge of the hospitality industry.
* Has excellent communication and listening skills and is comfortable leading calls, speaking in front of an audience, and handling difficult conversations.
* Thrives in a hybrid setting, balancing time between the office, working from home, and travelling to attend meetings and events.
* Is a self-motivated, independent worker with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own schedule.
* Has excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and fully committed to Only A Pavement Away’s mission, values, and commitment to social inclusion.
