Hours: 37 hours per week (Rota across 7 days) Contract: 3-6 months, starting ASAP About the Role We’re seeking a compassionate and driven individual to provide solution-focused support for customers with moderate to high support needs. You’ll manage a small caseload (5-8 clients) to ensure you have the time and capacity to deliver quality, tailored assistance. You’ll collaborate with a larger team in Torquay to:
* Support individuals with complex needs.
* Work with external agencies on mental health, substance misuse, benefits, housing, and employment opportunities.
* Develop and maintain support plans and risk assessments.
* Empower clients to achieve their goals and build skills for independent living.
This role requires resilience and problem-solving, as you’ll be working with clients facing challenging situations. Your efforts will help them overcome barriers and thrive. About You We’re looking for individuals who are:

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Ability to lone work safely and collaborate effectively in a team.
* Competence in maintaining records, creating action plans, and managing risks.
* Clear understanding of diversity and safeguarding in vulnerable populations.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Knowledge of housing-related support, training, employment, or social activities.
* NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field.
