* If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be the ideal candidate for the role of Case Manager at Clare Lodge.
As a Case Manager, you will:
* Take case responsibility for young people placed at Clare Lodge ensuring the young people’s complex needs are met through case planning processes in a multidisciplinary way.
* Provide inspirational leadership to a group of Team Leaders and Residential Care Workers.
* Be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and be part of the Duty Manager rota, including being on call.
* Support your staff team with training, supervision, and professional development.
* Recruit and select new employees and assess their performance.
* Ensure that the voice of the child is heard and respected in the service delivery.
* Adhere to and implement the relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Participate in the development and improvement of the service.
* Undertake relevant training and qualifications as required.
* Immerse the home in a culture of positivity and transparency.
* Be child focused, achieving positive outcomes for young people and ensuring the delivery of outstanding care.
* Set up processes for safeguarding and the management of the day-to-day operation of the home, contributing to developing and building well-established principles and practice standards for the home and proactively contributing to the continuous improvement of the young people’s lives.
You will have knowledge and experience:
* Leadership and management experience in a Children’s Services role, ideally in children’s residential care.
* Significant experience of delivering high quality and child focused support.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation including The Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000 and Children’s Home (England) Regulations 2015.
* Hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or a qualification in a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A full driving licence.
