Job Title: Guest Experience Director – 5 Star Hotel - Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Service Charge
Location: Surrey
My client is looking for a Guest Experience Director to join their 5* Hotel in Surrey. Oversee and manage Guest Services and Guest Relations to ensure exceptional, guest-centric service and lead the team to deliver the best possible experience within a 5-star Hotel. Efficiently handle complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to rebuild relationships and restore guest confidence.
About the position
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to all customer and guest queries
* Build strong relationships with the guests
* Work closely with the Director of Rooms
* Train and develop the Guest Experience Team
* Ensure that the guests and VIPs receive a bespoke service
* Oversee the feedback and respond accordingly
The successful candidate
* Previous experience in luxury hotels
* Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Fantastic customer service skills
* Someone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile
