Job description About you: You are a skilled Product Owner, who has a passion for products and a well-rounded knowledge of Agile developments. You will play a key role in our dynamic Product Development team, executing the strategic product roadmap and delivering engaging solutions for our customers. You may have experience of Hospitality Software or delivering software solutions to that industry. As a Product Owner, you'll work closely with cross-functional and remote teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals and user needs. Day-to-day, you will: Develop and maintain a sound understanding of customer’s business processes and requirements. Represent the Product Manager within the Agile Development Team. Gather requirements from stakeholders, align with the Product Manager on commercial value and prioritisation, and convert them into stories and supporting documents. Clearly identify and describe product backlog items and ensure a shared understanding with the development team. Make decisions regarding the priority of product backlog items to deliver maximum outcomes with minimum output. Determine whether product backlog items were satisfactorily delivered. Assess and triage reported bugs and support cases and assist with their resolution. Work collaboratively with other development teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and communicate issues and risks. Contribute to product launch and Go to Market collateral.
