Combined Installation Merchandiser

Salary: £14.23 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.70 per hour + £1.53 holiday pay)

Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarket's & DIY chains. We have Combined Installation Merchandiser opportunities where you will be working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews and Store Support Projects.
The Role
1. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
2. A current and valid CSCS card is a must, additional certifications such as SIERS/IPAF & SMSTS would be ideal but not essential.
3. You will need to have experience in the Installation industry.
4. Implementing all elements of racking and shelving installations and merchandising to plan
5. You will be required to carry out the following:
6. Checking equipment deliveries
7. Transporting equipment from store warehouse yard using pallet trucks
8. Dismantling and erection of racking inline with store plans and phasing
9. Fixing racking to floor & walls using power tools
10. Palletising and banding of equipment ready for collection
11. Removal of stock from fixtures and re-merchandising to plan
12. Stock replenishment
13. Carry out health and safety checks.
14. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
15. You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
16. Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
17. Travelling will be involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away.
Desirable Qualities:
18. Able to make decisions and prioritise.
19. Previous experience in Retail & Merchandising.
20. Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
21. Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.
22. Comfortable working at height.
23. Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.
24. Full UK driving licence.
25. Fork lift truck licence.
26. IPAF 3A/3B certifications.
27. Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and during the night when required. As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over.
