Location: London | Contract | £85 - 250 per day Depending on experience

If you have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), we can likely find you a position within our SEND schools or even mainstream settings. We provide 24/7 support and build strong relationships to understand your needs and match you with the best role.
We help schools throughout London find Short-Term and Part-Time staff to assist with daily, short-term, and long-term supply needs. This allows you to maintain a flexible lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in the SEND Education Sector.
All individuals working in schools will need an enhanced DBS on the update service. If you do not have this, we can assist by providing a direct link for application. If you have worked overseas for over 6 months in the last 5 years, you will need an Overseas Police Check (OSPC). Both checks are necessary for safeguarding and are required for all school environments.
Qualifications Needed (Dependent on Role):
Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant:
* Level 2/3 qualification as a teaching assistant or equivalent
* Previous experience working 1:1 or with small groups
* Encouraging and supportive personality
SEND Teachers:
* QTS or equivalent (NQT and experienced accepted)
* The ability to inspire young minds
* Excellent time and classroom management
SEND Nursery Teaching Assistant:
* Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or Childcare
* Experience working within a nursery and/or with children with ASD
* A supportive and caring nature
SENCO:
* Experience working within SEND schools
* A QTS or equivalent
* An SENCO certification
